I am a Yoga Instructor and General Medicine Practitioner. I love all things yoga, chakras, self-care, chocolate, (Hey, eating chocolate is self-care, right?), travel, and spending time with my fur babies and Hubs!
I empower women through wellness and yoga to live their lives free of pain and full of health. It is my BIG PICTURE DREAM to help women all over the world embrace yoga and alternative therapies so that they may find healing and vitality.
My own journey on this path has been difficult at times, but very rewarding. Now, I couldn't be happier!

I started following yoga at the age of 60 with Kelli. Since then I have gained strength in my arms and have better balance. I sleep better at night and have more sense of peace in my life.
Since I started practicing with Kelli, I have experienced a life changing peace, deep within myself. I am less anxious and more centered. I am more flexible than I have been in years.

All of my content is based upon my beliefs or the teachings I learned through my various Yoga Teacher Trainings and workshops that I have attended, as well as my years of practicing General Medicine. I have studied under Hilaire Lockwood, Anodea Judith, Duane Utech and Angela Farmer. I also believe that the greatest teacher that we will ever have is the one inside us all.
